Return and Refund Policy
At mittal wholesale, we value our customers and strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, we’re here to help!
Return Policy
General Returns:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 60 days from the date of purchase for a full refund. Items must be unused, in new condition, and include all the original manufacturers' packaging, manuals, parts, and tags. All approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method unless a store credit is requested during return process.
Return Exceptions:
Please note the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Discounted, Clearance & Final Sale Items
- Beauty Products (Must be unused and returned in unopened original packaging within 30 days)
- Machine/Floor Equipment
- Food and Beverage Products (Perishable & Organic Goods)
- Pharmaceuticals
Damaged/Defective Orders:
- Damages or defects must be reported within 7 calendar days of receiving the order.
- We will provide a replacement or a full refund and cover all shipping costs for damaged or defective items via email. Please submit all requests here: admin@mittalwholesalellc.com
Shortages/Wrong Orders:
- Shortages or incorrect items must be reported within 7 calendar days of receiving the order.
- We will promptly ship the missing item or correct the error at no additional shipping cost.
Furniture:
- Furniture items such as, but not limited to, chairs, desks, tables, partitions, cabinets, chair mats, lamps and all furniture décor must be returned within 30 days and meet the following conditions: Returns must contain all original packing materials (including box), UPC codes on the box, all product documentation, parts, and accessories.
- Furniture must be disassembled and safe for shipping.
- Defective products must be handled under each manufacturer's guidelines.
- All returns will be inspected and must be 100% complete.
Restocking and Shipping Fees:
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive free shipping, the shipping freight cost will be deducted from your refund.
- Returns received after 30 days may incur a 15% restocking fee.
- For bulk and wholesale items, a minimum 15% restocking fee applies.
If the return is due to an error on behalf of mittal wholesale, we will cover all applicable shipping costs. Once your return is submitted and approved, you will receive an email with a prepaid shipping label to send back your item(s). If the return is due to an incorrect address provided in your order, the customer is liable to any extra shipping costs that may incur for a replacement. If you would like to receive a refund on an item with an incorrect address provided, the freight charge will be deducted from the refund.
Shipping
Any approved return or exchange will be handled via our self-service portal. If your return submission is approved, Mittal wholesale will email your pre-paid shipping label. To return your product, follow the steps below:
How to Return or Exchange an Item
Request Return via Email
- Request a Return Authorization (RMA):
- Email admin@mittalwholesalellc.com with details of your return and an image of any damaged/defective items.
- Receive RMA and Instructions:
- A Return Authorization Number and return instructions will be emailed to you within 48 hours.
- Follow Return Instructions Carefully:
- Returns must be shipped back within 14 days of receiving the RMA number.
- Processing Time:
- Allow up to 14 days for your return to be processed after we receive it. Refunds will be issued within 5-10 business days depending on your bank.
Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed for shipment. To request a cancellation, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible:
